Ausbildung zum Kunststoff- und Kautschuktechnologen (m/w/d) 2026
Beispiele für Fachabteilungen und typische Tätigkeiten während der Ausbildung:
Ausbildungswerkstatt:
- Grundlehrgang Metall
- Zuordnen von Polymeren, Zuschlag und Hilfsstoffen
- Fügen und Umformen, mechanisches Verbinden, Kunststoff schweißen, kleben
Spritzgussabteilung:
- Inbetriebnahme und Aufrüsten von Maschinen und Geräten
- Bereitstellung von Ausgangsmaterialien
- Anfahren von Anlagen
- Qualitätssicherung der produzierten Kunststoffteile
Werkzeugbau:
- Instandhaltung und Reparatur von Spritzgießwerkzeugen
Rahmenbedingungen
- Das solltest Du mitbringen: Gute mittlere Reife oder höherer Schulabschluss
- Ausbildungsort: St. Wendel
- Berufsschule: Sulzbach-Neuweiler
- Fachrichtung: Formteile
- Ausbildungsdauer: 3 Jahre
- Ausbildungsbeginn: 10.08.2026
- Vergütung: Nach hessischem Chemie-Tarifvertrag
