Job Summary: The Admissions/Intake RN is a registered professional nurse who is responsible for assessing the needs of the patient and assisting in the process of responding to referrals and other requests for services and information. Qualifications Education Required# High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent Completion of an accredited Nursing program Preferred Bachelor#s degree in Nursing Experience: Preferred Three years of experience in a Psychiatric Healthcare Facility Certification/Licensure: Required Registered Nurse (RN), with authorization to practice in the State of Texas Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Must obtain within ninety (90) days of start date# SAFE Approach Level III Must obtain within six (6) months of employment#
