 Work Shift: 8 Hours - Day Shifts (United States of America)

 Scheduled Weekly Hours: 30

 Compensation: Salary Range: $16.75 - $26.75

Additional pay on Saturday!

Summary Providing administrative support and coordination of activities for specific teams of people. May include but not limited to answering telephone, taking messages and answering routine questions. Job Description Answer inquiries and provide information to the general public, patients/residents, visitors, and/or employees regarding activities conducted at the facility, location of departments, offices, and employees within the organization. May schedule appointments and maintain and update appointment calendars. May collect, sort, distribute, or prepare mail, messages, or courier deliveries. Compose, type, and distribute meeting notes and routine correspondence. Assist with business office responsibilities as assigned. Order and dispense supplies. Assist with the organization of company documentation and filing of documents. May maintain master copies of company policy and procedure manuals; keeping them up-to-date. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Applicable experience preferred. Based on facility needs, may require a valid driver’s license and maintain a good driving record.
