Summary:

The Guest Home Associate assists families with checking in and out of the Sunshine Hospitality Home. Answers phones and responds to inquiries. Assists with other duties such as mail delivery and donation organization.

Essential Job Functions:

• Greets and registers families checking in/out.
• Answers phones and responds to inquiries. Responds to family questions and requests.
• Ensures that rooms are clean and ready for arriving families.
• Sorts and delivers mail, incoming donations and deliveries.
• Performs other duties as assigned or needed to meet the needs of the department/organization.

This position requires proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English to ensure effective communication in the workplace and with patients, families, and team members.
