Subject Matter Expert, Order to Cash

Hybrid - Upon agreement between you and your supervisor, you are entitled to a flexible arrangement where you will be able to split your time between working from the office and working remotely.

We are currently seeking an Order to Cash Subject Matter Expert to join the Global Order to Cash Organization.

Responsibilities:

• Operations Support: Identify and highlight opportunity and success areas in OTC Processes through data analysis, performance and operational reporting
• Transformation & Continuous Improvement: Drive process improvement and efficiency through timely consolidation and accurate reporting of key initiatives across the global team
• Project Management: Support the OTC director in implementation of strategic initiatives/decisions and ensure consistent project plans are aligned with schedule, cost, resource and quality guidelines
• Client Data Protection: Drive overall compliance with CDP Policies
• Strategic Decision: Contribute (as member of the leadership team) in the overall management and development of the O2C Tower, including the successful achievement of its goals and objectives

Qualifications:

• Background of End to End Order to Cash Process
• Excellent verbal & communication skills
• Determination to respond to tight deadlines.
• Naturally driven to work with confidence in a complex business environment.
• Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail (including the necessary paperwork) and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to prioritize tasks, work under pressure, maintain clear focus and see action through to delivery

• Strong supervisor and leadership skills
• Service oriented professional who is able to build relationships across cultural boundaries.
• Strong knowledge in MS Office Application specifically on Excel and Power Point and preferably with experience in Power BI
• Experience in project management is preferred
