Department Details

Serve as the first point of contact by greeting patients and visitors and supporting scheduling and patient communications for the Sleep Disorders Center. Responsibilities also include data collection, preparing patient files, ordering supplies, and processing bill payments.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. -- NO weekends or holidays!

Summary

Must be self-directed with a high level of accountability and minimal supervision. Functions as a resource for employees and clients.

Job Description

Performs clerical and managerial duties in support of multiple departments and leaders. Responsible for specific tasks requiring data entry, department ordering, production improvement, phone services, patient scheduling and welcomes patients to our department. Provides project support as needed. Respects and maintains confidentiality of all verbal and written communications.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Associate degree preferred.
At least one year of applicable experience preferred.
