Summary:
The Research Integration Project Manager I assures that all RAO Research Operations staff members receive superior, coordinated training and education in the field of human research, from onboarding through all career phases. This senior and operationally active leader will drive service excellence through a program of continuous quality improvement focused on research subject safety, critical processes, protocol & regulatory adherence, and data integrity. Direct service to clinical trials is also a key duty of the Manager, who remains functionally connected to RAO staff.
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree and two years of relevant professional and/or research experience; Master's degree preferred.
- Any education or precepting experience.
- Prioritizing Research experience.
- Degree in Research, Science degree, or education.
- Project management cert or research cert a plus.
- Needs to be good at public speaking.
