Position Details - Permian Basin Community Centers for MHMR careers

The Clinic Nurse assists with meeting the needs of complex medical patients, including assessment, education, referrals, and follow-up care for individuals with HIV in the Basin Assistance Services (BAS) program. This position provides nursing care including but not limited to administering medications, immunization and collecting specimen including blood and urine and treatments in compliance with a medical provider's orders, BAS policies, and State of Texas guidelines. The Clinic Nurse interprets information obtained from patient and others, including the health care team, and documents all clinical care in the patient's electronic medical records accordingly.
