How you'll contribute A Patient Care Assistant (PCA) who excels in this role: Assists with resident care throughout nursing areas under the direction of licensed personnel, including activities of daily living (ADLs) such as feeding, elimination needs, grooming, bathing, and dressing Answers resident alarm pendants and responds to resident needs promptly and appropriately, ensuring resident safety and comfort Provides mobility assistance, including transfers, repositioning, and ambulation support in accordance with care plans Monitors and documents resident status, reporting changes in condition, behaviors, or concerns to licensed nursing staff Maintains a clean, safe, and supportive environment while promoting resident dignity, independence, and quality of life Why join us We believe that investing in our employees is the first step to providing excellent patient care. Free Parking What we're looking for Applicants should have a High School Diploma (or equivalent) & a Certificate of Completion as a Personal Care Aid OR Completion of the Nurse Aide Educational Program.
