Our Orthopedics team is busy, collaborative, and committed to delivering an exceptional patient experience across three locations#and we#re looking for a supervisor who#s ready to dive in, meet the team, and quickly get their arms around schedules, workflows, and front‑desk operations. You#ll lead a large, dynamic group of front‑office staff, partner closely with clinical leaders, and help keep daily operations running smoothly for more than 100 patient appointments per day at each site. This is a hands‑on leadership role where communication, teamwork, and a willingness to jump in alongside your staff truly matter. If you thrive in a collaborative environment, enjoy solving operational challenges, and want to make a meaningful impact on patient access and clinic flow, we#d love to meet you! # # What you will do: # Establishes work procedures and standards to improve efficiency and effectiveness of assigned operations Oversees daily front‑office operations across three orthopedic clinic locations, ensuring smooth patient access and scheduling flow Leads and supports a team of approximately 22 front‑office staff, including OSCs, schedulers, and phone agents Responsible for ensuring compliance with established corporate standards and reviewing and evaluating the work and performance of subordinates Has authority for personnel actions and oversees most day to day operations of group Maintains strong communication across teams, ensuring timely updates and consistent messaging Provides real‑time support to frontline staff, assisting with problem solving and patient access challenge Other duties as assigned # # Requirements and Minimum Qualifications: Associate#s degree required Minimum 3 years# related experience required Previous management experience preferred # # # # Working Conditions: Must be able to maintain a sitting position Typical equipment used in an office job Repetitive movements # # About Kootenai Health:## Kootenai Health is a highly esteemed healthcare organization serving patients throughout northern Idaho and the Inland Northwest.
