The Manager of Integrated Marketing Strategy oversees paid media across digital and traditional channels including Search, AI platforms, Connected TV, print, radio, and broadcast TV to expand reach, strengthen brand impact, and drive move ins. This role develops and executes strategies for both enterprise level and community hyperlocal campaigns, ensuring advertising investments are optimized and aligned with business goals across offline, digital, and AI platforms. Directs integrated marketing strategy and performance across offline channels (print, radio, broadcast TV) and digital platforms (Paid Search, Programmatic, Connected TV, AI advertising), overseeing the allocation and pacing of cross-channel media investments to build the brand, drive move-ins, and ensure sustained ROI. Manage and develop a high-performing internal team, fostering collaboration, innovation, and professional growth to ensure alignment with marketing and enterprise goals. Leads the strategy for purchasing and implementing advertising on emerging AI platforms by defining how these opportunities are integrated into Brookdale’s media mix, ensuring investments align with business goals, complement existing digital and offline channels, and follow established standards for governance, efficiency, and performance. Designs and activates advanced audience strategies using first-party and third-party data, predictive analytics, and research to build dynamic segments for deployment across multiple media types. Leads national paid media campaigns with agency and cross functional partners, using data driven insights on channels, audiences, and creative to optimize strategies, improve full funnel performance, and align with Brookdale’s brand and business objectives. In collaboration with the Field Marketing and Community teams leads the planning and execution of community-level campaigns tailored to hyperlocal market dynamics, competitive conditions, and audience needs, ensuring community initiatives complement national strategies. Guides the integration of creative content into media strategy by working with brand and creative teams to deliver assets optimized for each channel, audience, and stage of the consumer journey. Leads reporting, analysis, and optimization of media performance by applying advanced measurement models such as multi touch attribution, optimization frameworks, A/B creative performance, and insights from Customer Data Platforms, partnering with internal teams and agencies to translate findings into data informed strategies that improve targeting, increase efficiency, and drive stronger full funnel outcomes across online and offline channels. Tracks and assesses trends in media, consumer behavior, and marketing technology, developing governance and best practices for responsible, ethical, and effective use of AI and data-driven advertising. Education and Experience A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is required. Five years of experience managing large media budgets with a proven track record of partnering with agencies on large, multi-channel initiatives. Familiarity with AI-driven advertising platforms and their role in shaping the future of media planning and performance is also expected. Strong analytical skills including analytics analysis and processing large amounts of data to understand key trends in audience acquisitions and other key performance indicator metrics. Ability to demonstrate proven consistent SEM results on client or agency side. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, with proficiency in Excel and Word.
