Actual pay rate dependent upon experience. $24.50 - $33.75 Position Highlights HOURS: Three 12hr day shifts (Monday-Friday); Split between Medication Reconciliation and Med Surg Unit **3 shifts in Med Rec one week **2 shifts in Med Rec & 1 shift on Med Surg Unit the next week Student Loan Repayment: This position may be eligible for Avera’s Student Loan Repayment Program, which helps you pay off your loans and save money. Each month an extra payment of $167 (up to $10,000) from Avera will help pay down your principal balance faster.

The LPN will work collaboratively with patients, families, physician, pharmacists, clinics, home health and other agencies to ensure an accurate and complete record of medication is maintained. This position will also be scheduled nursing shifts for the Medical/Surgical department and will practice under the supervision of a registered nurse, advanced nurse practitioner, licensed physician, or other health care provider. The LPN organizes and directs those aspects of care for which accountable; communicating and coordinating care with well-defined nursing diagnoses, including all health team members.
