We partner with teams to create and deploy efficient and effective change initiatives that drive our most important Village objectives . This position supports the implementation of Schedule Hub .
Schedule Hub is the Village’s new patient and teammate scheduling tool for ICHD & Nocturnal centers. The Schedule Hub Deployment Lead will manage the Schedule Hub project deployment using process improvement and change management methodologies. This role require s the ability to work in a fast- paced and hi ghly collaborative environment.

- The role of the Schedule Hub Deployment Lead during Schedule Hub deployment will include: Assisting the Schedule Hub project teams and project partners ( WorkJam , Kronos, DGS) a nd Field Teammates (DVPs, RODS, PSDs , PSMs, DFMs, FAs, AAs, CCs, RNs, PCTs) in the successful deployment of the Schedule Hub tool to the Village.
- Exercising strong project management skills to achieve project deployment, adoption, and transformational outcomes Communicating clearly at all organizational levels with strong presentation and communication skills Executing on and adhering to all change management and deployment plans Managing project deployment for multiple simultaneous deployment waves Oversight of deployment dashboards and performance-related tracking tools Leading conversations with DVPs, RODs and Facility Administrators .
- The Schedule Hub Deployment Lead will manage the successful deployment responsible for the execution of all change management and deployment activities for multiple deployment wave(s) throughout the project lifecycle ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Project Management Align deployment plan to project objectives and team goals , proactively identify roadblocks and address scope creep Leverage necessary teams to execute deliverables on-time by building appropriate rapport and partnership Lead presentations and facilitate conversations around change manageme nt strategy and deployment plan s Communicate out progress against goals Change Strategy and Deployment Effectively partner with s takeholders to understand, manage, and execute an effective change and deployment approach , aligning change strategy and key messaging with enterprise priorities Manage the deployment team to deliver change management strategy and collateral as appropriate , following the team’s change methodology Oversee execution of key implementation activities to support end user adoption Ensure adoption metrics are measured as part of the overall change plan to articulate the impact of effective change strategies Building Relationships Use a high degree of emotional intelligence to productively navigate relationships and build credibility Gain buy-in from proje ct partners, sponsors, and team, identify ing appropriate leaders to build a sponsorship model Foster an environment of trust within project team Analytics Analyze success and pr oject metrics to proactively identify a nd address barriers to adoption QA metrics for accuracy and complete metrics report out to stakeholders and l eadership Ensure key project milestones and activities are completed and tracked accordingly via project deployment dashboard Team Cultivate a high level of collaboration within the project team Commit to the development and coaching of direct reports; proactively identified opportunities for personal and professional growth Create a fun and productive work environment Understand and evaluate team's performance and help to develop action plans to address areas of underperformance Other duties as assigned.

- The Salary Range for the role is $70,000.00 - $106,000.00 per year.
- If a candidate is hired, they will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their geographical jurisdiction and the exemption status for the position.
