Our Supply Chain team is looking for a Lead Logistics Technician to serve as an operational leader. This role’s responsibilities include coordinating logistics activities, managing inventory, creating reports, and acting as a liaison between procurement, transportation, and our customers.
This position calls for a proactive problem-solver who has strong organizational skills and proficiency in Excel. Your skill set will be utilized in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail, accuracy, and exceptional customer service are vital.
Success in this role requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a dynamic professional setting. Occasional in-region travel is required, using a department-provided vehicle, to support operations across our facilities.
Shift is Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm
Pay starts at $16.50 with additional credit given for work experience relative to this role
Summary
Responsible for the daily inventory, receiving and distribution of supplies, equipment and/or instruments as directed by the department.
Job Description
Responsible for the procuring of rental equipment and invoicing as needed.
Maintain inventory control procedures in order to maintain safety, quality and accuracy.
Familiarity with location of inventory in the department and throughout designated units.
Serve as a resource for questions and concerns and oversees day to day activities.
Effectively prioritize, follow-up skills and the ability to escalate issues when necessary.
Qualifications
Associate's Degree, Business Management or related field or equivalent Inventory Management work experience or leadership experience.
May require a valid Driver's License.
