Job Description

Fresenius NephroCare Poland, part of Fresenius Medical Care, is a leading provider of dialysis services for patients with chronic kidney disease. The company combines high‑quality care with a strong focus on innovation, operational excellence, and sustainability.

We currently we are looking for Executive Assistant responsible for:

  • Provide high quality secretarial and organizational support service,
  • Provide full diary management and travel-related support,
  • Book flight and travel arrangements, including planning travel itineraries and coordinating with overseas colleagues/external partners (including support for VISAs as required),
  • Maintain oversight of calendars, priorities, and key deadlines for the leadership team,
  • Interact with team members and proactively offer assistance and solutions,
  • Ensure operational efficiency by keeping up to date with systems in FME – Concur, Ariba and others,
  • Timely submission of expense claims,
  • Follow up on topics and actions if required,
  • Assist in operational tasks such as preparing meeting agenda/ making logistical arrangements/communications support and other assigned responsibilities.

Competencies / Experiences

  • Has supported senior stakeholders in global teams,
  • Proficient in English (both written and spoken) and a 2nd Language preferred,
  • Excellent computer skills in Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook,
  • Good at prioritization, planning, organising and executing,
  • Excellent communication and written skills,
  • High initiative, driven, mature, meticulous, with an eye for details,
  • Willingness to learn and be a team player with good interpersonal skills,
  • Tactful and confidential,
  • Capable of working at own initiative without having to wait for instructions,
  • Ability work across teams globally,
  • Knowledge of Human resources function is a plus.
