DISHWASHER

The Dishwasher is responsible for maintaining kitchen work areas, equipment and utensils. Responsibilities include washing dishes and pots by hand or using a dishwashing machine, cleaning work tables, walls, refrigerators, and meat blocks, sweeping, mopping, cleaning and vacuuming floors, removing trash and garbage, transferring supplies and equipment, cleaning equipment using specific chemicals, attending training, and complying with all policies and procedures.
