Summary:
The Director of Construction oversees the development and execution of the system strategies in the areas of construction/renovation project planning, commissioning, and transitional planning. The Director of Construction is charged with ensuring construction/renovation projects are planned and delivered effectively and efficiently. The Director of Construction is a leader and the subject matter in planning construction projects for system's overall strategic objective, who routinely collaborates with all parties to ensure favorable processes and outcomes.
Qualifications
- 10 years' experience delivering complex construction projects in active pediatric, acute-care hospital environments, or complex capital projects, with demonstrated understanding of patient safety, infection control, interim life safety measures, and family-centered care requirements.
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree
