Your Job:
In this highly technical, fast-paced, and rewarding position, you'll collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to provide the very best care for patients. The "Find a Doctor" Call Center Specialist is focused on understanding and meeting the needs of our customers by providing physician referrals and/or information about services, programs, and events via the telephone, email, chat and other channels.

Your Job Requirements:
• Some college with requirement of obtaining an associate or bachelor degree within 1 year of hire; preferred degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Business or a related discipline
• 2-4 years of experience in customer service or call center environment required
• Prefer healthcare industry experience; familiarity with healthcare insurance market
