Billing and Collections Representative

Performs all types of billing, collection and follow up functions for direct, third party and government patient accounts and serves as a resource and trainer to others in the area with minimal supervision. This individual is able to readily identify and respond to claim denial trends, postings error trends and/or complex inquiry calls for the purpose of routing.
