Job Description

Location: Fort Worth Rehabilitation Center Department: Rehab-Audiology Shift: First Shift (United States of America) Standard Weekly Hours: 40 Summary: The Outpatient Audiologist provides comprehensive diagnostic ENT and rehabilitative audiology services, in a clinical setting, to pediatric patients with hearing disorders, age birth to 21. The role emphasizes family-centered care, long-term management of hearing loss, and interdisciplinary coordination with ENT and speech-language pathology teams. Works closely with the child, family, and interdisciplinary teams, including school personnel to recommend and implement a plan which enhances a child’s functional hearing to facilitate learning and development. Education and Experience Doctorate degree in Audiology (Au. D.) or PhD in Audiology from an accredited college or university. Licensure, Registration, and/or Certification Current state licensure for Audiology required. Current BLS required.
