The (USA) Manager, Tax handles a combination of transaction tax compliance processes, audit defense, and/or accounting functions while mentoring team members and collaborating with cross-functional partners. The manager provides expert guidance on complex tax matters, manages risk mitigation, and supports continuous improvement initiatives. By fostering strong stakeholder relationships and maintaining high standards of integrity, this position contributes to accurate financial reporting and effective tax planning aligned with company objectives.

About the team: The transaction tax team ensures accurate calculation, reporting, and remittance of transactional taxes across multiple jurisdictions. It also manages related audit defense functions. Handling complex tax matters, the team supports financial operations by maintaining compliance, resolving tax issues, and driving process improvements.

Team members collaborate closely with stakeholders, fostering continuous learning through training and mentoring.
