A Brief Overview
Responsible for the day-to-day operations of programs ensuring quality, efficiency, and effectiveness is maintained.
What you will do
- In collaboration with leadership, assists in the development and execution of agency goals and objectives.
- Completes staffing schedules and maintains appropriate staffing levels to maximize agency efficiency. Maintains flexibility and accepts work when necessary to ensure appropriate staffing levels.
- Schedules all staff training/meetings as by the program, facilitates trainings as necessary, and coordinates the staff training topics as by FVC and SVN standards.
- Submits CPS documents to caseworkers and CASA.
- Conducts and oversees intake of clients to FVC prior to starting direct services. Testify in court as needed related to Family Visitation Center services.
- Models excellence in customer satisfaction and identify ways to enhance the visitation/exchange process for all involved with the agency.
- Represents the agency in community based organizations as a committee member, and participates with professionalism. Assures collaboration and professionalism of service delivery for the contractual program requirements are met.
- Reviews visitation observation forms and provides feedback to staff regarding documentation methods and content.
- Keeps confidential, organized, and up-to-date client records and files (electronic and paper) and communicates changes in records to all program staff.
- Assures the safety and efficient operation of the Family Visitation Center by enforcing agency policies and procedures. May act in the role of Administrator proxy in the absence of the Executive Director.
- Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, developing, training, and retaining employees; planning, assigning, and leading work; appraising performance; rewarding and coaching employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Required Education, License/Certification, or Work Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Social Services, Education, or related field
- Knowledge of adult learning styles, abuse and neglect, delinquency and dependency, and civil court systems
Preferred Education, License/Certification, or Work Experience:
- Work experience in social services and legal systems
- Previous supervisory experience
