Role Overview Become part of a dynamic team at the TMHCC Specialty Group headquarters in Wakefield, MA while working across multiple departments such as accounting, underwriting and claims. Under supervision of the Reinsurance Accounting Manager, you will perform intermediate reinsurance and accounting activities relating to management of gross and ceded reinsurance balances, maintenance of general ledger accounts, and preservation of accuracy within the reinsurance and financials systems. Key Responsibilities Within the first 30 days , you will become familiar with the Specialty Group business (what we do), programs we use (PeopleSoft, RSC, Origami, AS400), and our daily operations as they relate to reinsurance accounting and reporting.
