The Sourcing Director for the Data Solutions business is a critical leadership role responsible for building and scaling a high-performance supply base to support rapid growth.

This leader will drive end-to-end sourcing strategy, supplier development, commercial excellence, and supply resiliency to ensure capacity, cost competitiveness, and continuity across a global supplier network. WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION: Develop, and implement strategic plans of action for key commodities and suppliers that drive customer service, profitable growth, and supply continuity. Define and execute a global sourcing strategy aligned with Data Solutions growth, margin, and capacity objectives.

Select suppliers and lead commercial discussions ranging from tactical commodity pricing agreements to complex, multi-year strategic relationships. This aligns with the broader sourcing role expectation to lead supplier commercial discussions, including contracts and material liability. Own and deepen executive-level relationships with critical suppliers, establishing strong partnerships that support innovation, capacity expansion, and long-term growth.
