Senior Sourcing Lead at nVent

We currently have two Senior Sourcing Lead opportunities available at nVent: Electrical & Electronic Hardware, Hinges & Miscellaneous Metals WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION: Lead strategic sourcing initiatives and supplier relationships within your assigned categories.

Develop and execute sourcing strategies that optimize cost, quality, delivery performance and supply chain resiliency. Negotiate supplier agreements and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational and strategic objectives. Analyze market trends, supplier capabilities, and business needs to identify opportunities, mitigate risk, and improve total cost of ownership.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance supply chain performance, responsiveness, and long-term competitiveness. YOU HAVE: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related degree. 5+ years experience in Purchasing, Supply Chain, Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, or Operations in a high growth environment is preferred. Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
