Position Summary... The Senior Manager, People, leads the execution of strategic human resource initiatives to support business objectives and operational needs. The Senior Manager partners with business leaders to provide guidance, remove obstacles, and promote a culture of accountability and growth, ensuring alignment with company values and delivering measurable results. About the team: Walmart Connect (WMC) is a vital component of Walmart’s growth strategy, operating a multi-billion-dollar retail media business that links brands with customers across digital and physical channels.

The People Partner team delivers strategic and operational solutions in talent management, organizational design, workforce planning, performance enablement, and leadership coaching. This team collaborates closely with business leaders to support organizational change, enhance employee engagement, and drive data-informed decisions. Focused on fostering development and operational excellence, the team plays a key role in advancing Walmart Connect’s mission to connect and serve customers effectively.
