Overview

You will provide litigation support in all phases of the litigation process under the supervision of an attorney. You will conduct legal research for attorneys. You will report to a manager, legal services. #LI-Remote Position Compensation Range: $69,000.00 - $115,000.00 Pay Rate Type: Salary Compensation may vary based on the job level and your geographic work location.

Relocation support is offered for eligible candidates. Primary Accountabilities Use litigation experience to draft and manage complex pleadings, discovery requests and responses, motions, deposition summaries, abstracts, legal memoranda, and correspondence under attorney guidance. Analyze medical records and other case-related documentation to support discovery, case strategy, settlement evaluation, and trial preparation.

Independently coordinate all phases of discovery and case investigation, including identifying important issues, developing discovery plans, and managing case deadlines. Conduct interviews with insureds, company representatives, expert witnesses, fact witnesses, and opposing counsel. Prepare comprehensive witness materials, discovery responses, demonstrative exhibits, and trial support documents.
