About this role: The Senior HR Business Partner serves as a strategic advisor and critical connection between human resources functions and business unit leaders, bridging HR expertise with operational excellence to drive organizational performance.

This role partners closely with Sensitech and CST leadership to develop and execute people strategies that support business goals across global regions, translating strategic direction into practical high-impact HR solutions. The Senior HRBP manages the full spectrum of strategic HR initiatives including organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, and change management while ensuring compliance across diverse international regulatory environments. Operating within Carrier's HR Operating Model, the HRBP collaborates with Centers of Excellence and Global People Services to deliver consistent effective HR programs leveraging data analytics and business insights.
