In this role, you will own the end-to-end candidate experience from application through onboarding, ensuring we consistently put the candidate first while maintaining the scale, discipline, and operational excellence required in a global hiring environment. You will play a critical role in supporting Walmart’s Global Talent Acquisition transformation, working closely with our Talent Acquisition Delivery Leaders to ensure candidates and hiring managers are supported with speed, care, and consistency. This leader will oversee the teams responsible for supporting candidates throughout the hiring journey, managing escalations, and ensuring recruiting teams have the operational support they need to deliver results.

You will serve as a key connector between recruiting delivery teams, business leaders, and the broader talent organization—ensuring feedback from the business and candidate experience is translated into meaningful improvements. Success in this role requires strong listening skills, operational discipline, and the ability to diagnose root causes and implement sustainable solutions that improve the experience for candidates, hiring managers, and recruiting teams alike. Lead transformation of talent acquisition ways of working, evolving operating models, processes, and team capabilities to deliver faster, more agile, and insight-driven hiring outcomes aligned with Walmart’s enterprise transformation.

• The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00 - $260,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
