Position Summary... The Senior Director, Walmart Connect Communications will help shape the next chapter of Walmart’s advertising business and its role in the rapidly evolving commerce media industry. This leader will define and drive the communications strategy for Walmart Connect, telling a differentiated story about how Walmart brings together customer understanding, commerce and media to create better experiences for customers and stronger outcomes for advertisers.

The opportunity is to build reputation, shape industry perception and translate a fast-moving business into stories that demonstrate why Walmart’s scale, customer relationships and closed-loop understanding of commerce create something distinct in the advertising market. About the team: Walmart Connect Communications operates within Global Communications as part of the Enterprise Growth organization. The team supports advertisers in recognizing Walmart’s unique opportunities, enhances customer experience by integrating advertising thoughtfully, and informs industry stakeholders about the evolving relationship between commerce and media.

This group leads strategic communication efforts, ensuring consistent messaging and impactful engagement across multiple platforms. By fostering collaboration and leveraging expertise, the team drives innovative communication strategies that align with business goals and promote effective external and internal interactions. This position will be based at our Hoboken, New Jersey office, located at 221 River Street, Hoboken, NJ 07030.

• The annual salary range for this position is $156,000.00 - $312,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
