RN Medical Unit (Premium Pay)

As a Registered Nurse (RN) with Midland Health, you will play a vital role in the delivery of excellent patient care within our medical unit. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive care to patients, collaborating with other healthcare professionals, and ensuring a safe and effective patient care environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assess patient health problems and needs.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing care plans.
- Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to improve patient outcomes.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families.

Qualifications:
- Current RN licensure in the state of Texas.
- Previous experience in a medical unit preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
