Position Highlights

Position Summary:

The position is responsible for processing billings on behalf of the patient, appropriate third party payers as well as following up on outstanding claims. This position will serve as a liaison with patients and other third party payers. This position should be proficient in billing and collections using an automated system and electronic claims processing. This position requires the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Work Schedule:

Monday – Friday, 8-5 or as directed by team leader.

Education/Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent required.  Minimum of one year experience in Medical Billing Office required.

Licensure/Certification:

None required.
