### Job Description
- **Role**: Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) to supervise, oversee, evaluate, and guide a team of Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs).
- **Responsibilities**:
- Ensure LPN practice is within legal scope and meets standards of care.
- Provide direction, intervention, and co-sign documentation as required.
- Participate in supervisory meetings and assess LPN performance.
- Ensure patient care is delivered according to protocols.
- Identify training needs and provide education.
- Maintain detailed supervisory records.
- Communicate effectively with healthcare team members.
- Address and document incidents or deviations from protocol.

### Requirements
- Active, unrestricted RN license (compact or individual state licenses covering all U.S. states required).
- 4+ years of clinical supervisory experience as a Registered Nurse.
- Tech-savvy, proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in telemedicine.
- Clean background and medical malpractice history.
- Prior experience with EPIC EMR.
- Ability to work approximately 10 hours per week with flexible scheduling.
- Reliable internet and a private, professional workspace.
