Summary:

This is a summer internship beginning in May 2026 and a great opportunity for students pursuing a Human Resources degree. This role is primarily remote, onsite as needed.

The role
As a Recruitment Intern, you'll play a vital role in supporting our talent acquisition efforts. You'll assist with various projects, from crafting compelling job descriptions to analyzing recruitment incentive processes. Additionally, you'll have the chance to engage with candidates, support social media initiatives, and contribute to job postings.

Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the recruitment team on projects and initiatives
Assist in creating engaging job descriptions and postings
Support candidate outreach and social media efforts
Contribute to the analysis of recruitment incentive processes

What we need from you
You have a keen eye for detail and excellent organizational skills
You possess strong communication abilities, both written and verbal
You are proficient in Excel and have experience in marketing or related fields

The intern supports our healthcare practice with multiple projects. The intern has excellent organizational skills and the ability to adapt to multiple assignments. The focus of the position is to manage and develop tasks and duties at both a departmental or organizational level. This is an excellent opportunity for those planning a career in healthcare and is suitable for students to gain experience and need to satisfy degree requirements.

  • Attends meetings, explaining takeaways and offering insight when appropriate.
  • Assists with special projects or other duties as assigned.

  • Performs other duties as assigned or needed to meet the needs of the department/organization.
