A Brief Overview
Responsible for the coordination and completion of various operational projects. The Project Specialist is responsible for project planning and coordination of resources needed to successfully complete and manage communication and work flow for assigned projects. Through direction of the leadership, this position helps departments operationalize the standardization of applicable policies, procedures and best practice to maximize productivity and efficiency.
What you will do
- Coordinate all aspects of an assigned project; including concurrent projects. Responsible for creating and overseeing tasks, milestones, timelines, and deliverables by monitoring progress problem solving.
- Track, record, and report project performance indicators including project status, progress to date, variances, and milestones to key leadership and stake holders.
- This position will rely on excellent customer service skills to help end users navigate the proper processes.
- Must have excellent organizational and follow up skills to maintain high assurance of patient and staff safety.
- May performs administrative responsibilities to support assigned projects including, but not limited to; taking minutes, scheduling meetings, updating project or administrative documents. Plan, schedule, and coordinate project events (such as demonstrations, training, testing, etc) and maintain files and records in a complete and organized manner.

Preferred Education, License/Certification, or Work Experience:
- Bachelor's Business Administration, Information Technology or other related field.
- 1-3 years Project Management related experience
