Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals supporting the Manufacturing Operations organization.

The is a full-time, on-site position located in Palmdale, CA. This key HRBP role reports to a Human Resources Manager 2 in the Aeronautics Systems (AS) sector. The selected candidate will join a collaborative HR team supporting a priority program within Northrop Grumman .

Qualifications

• Strong technical competence across one or more HR disciplines: Leadership Development Talent Management Employee Relations Demonstrated experience in prioritizing the workday, balancing multiple projects, and working across multiple deadlines Proficiency in Workday Previous HR experience in Aerospace & Defense Current/active U.S Government clearance Primary Level Salary Range: $94,200.00 - $141,200.00 Secondary Level Salary Range: $117,500.00 - $176,300.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
• Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
• Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.
