Northrop Grumman is seeking a high-energy, proactive, analytical and collaborative Compliance Analyst to join the Legal Department’s Compliance Operations organization.

This position supports the Company’s global third-party compliance program, with a primary focus on anti-corruption due diligence, risk assessment, and third party approvals. The Analyst will conduct and document risk-based due diligence on third parties, evaluate business requests to engage them, identify potential compliance risks, and determine appropriate due diligence and approval requirements in accordance with Company policies and procedures. This role requires frequent interaction with stakeholders across multiple business, contracts, and supply chain functions and is well suited for an individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and building effective relationships with business partners around the world.
