The Defense Systems (DS) Sector Human Resources organization is seeking a Principal/ Senior Principal Organizational Effectiveness Representative with significant consulting experience and expertise in organizational change management to join the Talent and Organizational Effectiveness Team supporting the Weapons Systems Division (WSD).

This role will play a pivotal role as a consultative partner and organizational change management expert for large-scale programs within the WSD HR team. A key aspect of this role will be to convert academic theories and best practices into actionable and practical strategies that are directly applicable to achieving business priorities. This position reports to the Senior Manager, Talent Readiness for the Defense Systems sector, and is co-located with the WSD business (Elkton, MD; Northridge, CA; Plymouth, MN; Rocket Center, WV; McLean, VA; Linthicum, MD; Huntsville, AL; Roy, UT) with required travel up to 25%.
