Position Summary... Join Walmart Transportation as a People Partner and help build the culture, teams, and people practices for a startup transportation facility in Pilesgrove, New Jersey. This is an opportunity for a hands-on, detail-oriented People leader who thrives in a fast-moving environment and knows how to develop strong leaders, create high-performing teams, and turn people strategy into meaningful business results.

About the Transportation Team – Region 4... Our Transportation team is a people-led, technology-powered organization focused on safely and efficiently moving our business forward. As the People Partner supporting this new Region 4 facility, you will work closely with tractor-trailer drivers, office associates, transportation leaders, and maintenance garage technicians, helping establish a strong culture, effective people routines, and an associate experience built for long-term success.

What you'll do... Partner with facility leadership to build, develop, and sustain high-performing teams and a strong associate experience. Lead and support staffing, talent development, training, associate relations, performance management, and other core People processes.
