Role Purpose The Payroll & Timekeeping Specialist serves as a subject matter expert providing strategic oversight, compliance management, and process optimization for timekeeping and payroll operations.

Key efforts focus on system enhancement, root-cause analysis, data reporting, and stakeholder governance across large workforce populations. Key Responsibilities Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Process redesigns, support system implementations/upgrades, execute testing, and establish standard operating procedures (SOPs). Analyze workforce, attendance, and labor metrics to build reports, dashboards, and audit controls; perform root-cause analysis on recurring payroll discrepancies.
