- Use motivational interviewing techniques.
- Support patients in their obesity reversal journey with a nutrition-first approach.
- Collaborate with clinical and technology teams.
- Embrace a minimal viable product approach to program development.
- Provide high-quality care and exceptional patient experience.

### Requirements:
- Minimum of two years experience with diabetes or weight loss patients.
- Interest and knowledge in weight loss, diabetes care, and low carbohydrate nutrition.
- Training in health coaching or motivational interviewing.
- Active RN license with at least three years of clinical experience.
- Experience with GLP-1 agonists.
- Active multistate RN license in a Nursing Licensure Compact state.
- Associate or Bachelor's RN Nursing degree.
- Eligible to be licensed in every U.S. state.
- Interest in working with a tech-enabled healthcare organization.
- Occasional travel to team and company events.

### Compensation:
- $38.00 – $43.00 per hour.

### Additional Information:
- Virta has a location-based compensation structure.
- Remote-first company with office hubs in Denver and San Francisco.
- Clinical roles not hired in AK, HI, RI.
