Northrop Grumman has openings for a Level 3 Principal Financial and Proposal Analyst and a Level 4 Senior Principal Financial and Proposal Analyst to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals!

This position will be in Melbourne, Florida. As the Financial and Proposal Analyst, the successful candidate will be responsible for company sales, budget analysis and CAM (Control Account Manager) responsibilities across the portfolio. The position requires cross functional collaboration with other departments primarily consisting of Subcontracts, Program Management, Cost Management, Contracts, and Pricing.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and communication skills Experience across different proposal phases (development, production and sustainment) and factor development.
• Hands on experience with estimating or financial analysis, including data collection and normalization Self-starter with a strong work ethic and works well in a team situation Extensive material experience with government contracting and FAR Current active security clearance Independent forward thinker Master's Degree Primary Level Salary Range: $81,400.00 - $122,000.00 Secondary Level Salary Range: $101,400.00 - $152,200.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
• Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
• Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.
