Wagner Community Memorial Hospital and Clinic is seeking a qualified individual to join our team!

Position Highlights

The Director - Revenue Cycle leads a team of revenue cycle managers who are responsible for the claim’s submission to our patients, their insurance carrier, and/or other third-party vendors to minimize delay and maximize reimbursement.

General Hours of Work

• Monday through Friday

Education/Experience

• Preferred bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or related field
• Preferred 4-6 years Revenue cycle experience

License/Certification

• Preferred but not required – Technical certification from NAHAM (National Association of Healthcare Access Managers) and AAHAM (American Association of Healthcare Administrative Management).
• Current CPR certification or completion upon next available program is required and provided by WCMH-A.
