A Brief Overview
Responsible for strategic leadership and operational oversight of executive-level initiatives, priorities, and support functions. Serves as a key advisor and partner to the executive team, aligning organizational goals with executive operations. Oversees board governance, strategic planning, special projects, and serves as interim leadership in support of clinic and hospital operations.
What you will do
- Oversees and coordinates day-to-day administrative operations. Develops and implements processes that improve executive efficiency and organizational impact.
- Responsible for Board governance, to include board policies and procedures. Coordinates meeting materials with CEO and Executive Assistant, oversees board and committee meetings, and approves meeting minutes. Ensures follow-up on board actions and communications.
- Works with senior leadership to coordinate strategic planning initiatives and track goal progress.
- Responsible for coordinating and leading administrative and operational special projects.
- Serves as interim leadership, when required, in hospitals and clinics across the assigned region.
- Hires, trains, and oversees Executive Assistants, Administrative Fellow and Administrative Interns.
- Serves as a liaison on health care and health care policy committees as appropriate.
- Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, developing, training, and retaining employees; planning, assigning, and leading work; appraising performance; rewarding and coaching employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Required Education, License/Certification, or Work Experience:
- Bachelor's Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or comparable
