The CNS role also oversees surveillance programmes, provides expert advice and contributes to wider patient safety initiatives. Brings strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to advise at senior levels. Values evidence-based practice and has a proven ability to embed quality and safety frameworks.
