You will lead and support a multidisciplinary team of cardiologists, nurses, medical radiation technologists (MRTs) and allied health professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, clinical excellence and continuous improvement to achieve high-quality patient outcomes.As Clinical Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for:Leading day-to-day service operations and resource managementSupporting workforce development, professional growth and staff wellbeingDriving quality improvement and service innovation initiativesEnsuring the delivery of exceptional patient experiences and outcomesContributing to service planning and the future development of cardiac procedural services across NorthlandThis is a unique opportunity to influence the future direction of a growing specialist service while playing a key leadership role within our wider Cardiology team.This is a permanent, full-time position (1.0 FTE) based in Whangarei.Click here to view the position description.About the Team/Service/LocationOur Cardiac Catheterisation Laboratory is a three-day-per-week service that supports both elective and inpatient cardiology care, with currently no out-of-hours primary PCI service for STEMI.
