• In collaboration with local mental health services, this role will support patients and their families/carers, and advocate for care and treatment during times of transition.
• This role will be an eating disorders resource for WACHS clinicians transitioning an individual through a change of care and a resource for other HSPs transitioning an individual into WACHS care.
• This is a Fixed Term Term Full Time appointment for 6 months, with the possibility of extension(s) and/or permanency.
