- Nursing diploma or Associates degree required; Bachelor's preferred.
- Certification in Case Management (CCM) preferred.
- 2-4 years of clinical experience; 1-3 years in case management.
- Managed care experience in Medicare preferred.
- Skills in Microsoft Office, effective communication, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of Case Management, Disease Management, HIPAA, and medical policies.
