POSITION SUMMARY The Behavioral Health Director plans, organizes, and directs care provided by the department’s staff. Allocates resources and delegates responsibilities to assure quality patient care, while maintaining legal, ethical, and community standards for Behavioral healthcare services. Responsible for recruitment, education, and development of staff. Ability to lead, manage, and direct the behavioral health team.
