One Health is seeking a dedicated Behavioral Health Care Manager to join our integrated campus-based care team.

Position Summary

As a Behavioral Health Care Manager, you will be a key member of an integrated behavioral health team located at Dawson Community College. You will collaborate with primary care and behavioral health professionals to coordinate care, support referrals, and connect students to appropriate services. This role helps ensure students receive timely, accessible, and confidential care while navigating academic and personal challenges.

While this role is primarily at Dawson Community College, there will be times when additional help is needed at our clinic to ensure that all patients receive the care that they are seeking. Employment Type: Full-Time (40 Hours per week, Monday- Thursday 8am-5pm, Friday 9am- 1pm with working lunches) Salary (Wage): $18.68-$19.89/hr DOE Location: Glendive | Dawson Community College Key

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate: Collaborate with the integrated care team, including campus partners and behavioral health providers, to coordinate care.
  • Engage : Connect with students/patients through warm hand-offs to offer support, education, and resources.
  • Facilitate : Assist patients in accessing services using approved multi-media platforms and ensure follow-up care.
  • Track: Monitor follow-up care and outcomes, documenting encounters in the EHR.
  • Refer: Facilitate referrals for clinically indicated services outlines in the care plan, including campus and community resources.

Qualifications

  • Required: High school diploma or equivalent, valid driver’s license, and competent computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Preferred: Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in a related field, experience in a medical clinic or mental health setting.
